What we keep

When you sign up, we keep your email, your company name, and the tier you picked. The product is designed to keep AI worker output on the private runtime assigned to the account. Account access is separated, and support access requires an active support need and your permission.

What we don’t do

We don’t train AI on your stuff. We don’t share your data with anyone unless a law forces us to. We don’t sell email lists. If a vendor we use (Stripe for payment, Supabase for accounts, OpenRouter for the AI model) needs a piece of data to do its job, they get only that piece.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. Stripe uses a cookie on the checkout page so the payment works. That’s the list.

Delete

Email colton@automioapp.comwith “delete my account.” We delete the account row, the company row, and your VM within 24 hours. The data is gone — not flagged as deleted, actually deleted.
